BaoOrigin is a Sweden-based sourcing consultancy. We collect only the information needed to respond to business enquiries and deliver agreed services.
Information you choose to send
If you contact us by email, we may receive your name, work contact details, company information, product brief and any other information you include. Please do not send confidential product files or sensitive personal information before we have agreed how they should be handled.
How we use information
- To respond to your enquiry and assess whether we can support the project.
- To prepare, manage and document an agreed sourcing assignment.
- To meet legal, accounting and security obligations.
Legal basis and retention
We normally process business contact information to take steps requested before a contract, to perform a contract, or for our legitimate interest in answering genuine business enquiries. We keep information only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose and any applicable legal obligations.
Sharing and international work
We do not sell personal information. When a project requires supplier outreach or support in China, we share only the project information reasonably needed for that step. We will discuss confidential specifications and appropriate safeguards with you before sharing them.
Website technology
This website does not currently use analytics, advertising trackers, customer accounts or an online contact form. The hosting provider may process basic technical logs for security and delivery. If we add analytics or other optional technology later, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated first.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY, at imy.se.
